4. Ordering and Payment

- Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability until shipment

- Dry-aged products may require advance ordering due to aging time
- Custom fermentation projects require consultation and deposit
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and subject to the aging process
5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada. International shipping may be available for select non-perishable products.
5.2 Perishable Products
- Temperature-controlled shipping is used for all perishable items
- Delivery requires signature confirmation for perishable products
- Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery or attempted delivery
5.3 Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

- Customers must properly store and handle all products upon receipt
- Follow all storage instructions provided with products
- Consume products within recommended timeframes
