How Our Delivery Works

Personal Drop-Off Service

  • All orders are personally delivered by Chef Taylor Corbett or our trusted delivery team
  • Products are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure optimal freshness
  • We deliver directly to your door, ensuring proper handling of perishable items
  • No risk of packages sitting outside or temperature abuse during transit

Delivery Scheduling

  • Deliveries are scheduled based on order volume and route optimization
  • You'll receive advance notice of your delivery window via email or phone
  • Most deliveries occur within 2-3 business days of order confirmation
  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee - contact us to inquire

Delivery Policies

Missed Deliveries

  • If you miss your scheduled delivery, we'll attempt to contact you immediately
  • Redelivery can be scheduled for the next available delivery day
  • Additional delivery fee may apply for redelivery due to customer unavailability

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure delivery address and contact information are accurate
  • Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect address information

Access Requirements

  • Please ensure delivery location is accessible (clear driveway, accessible entrance)
  • Notify us in advance of any special access requirements or gate codes
  • We cannot be responsible for delays due to inaccessible delivery locations

Product Handling Upon Delivery

Immediate Storage

  • Dry-Aged Meats: Refrigerate immediately (32-38°F)
  • Fermented Products: Follow specific storage instructions provided
  • Frozen Items: Transfer to freezer within 30 minutes of delivery

Quality Assurance

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery
  • Report any quality concerns within 2 hours of delivery
  • Take photos if you notice any issues for our quality assurance records
